– 50 grams of yeast
– 1 tablespoon sugar
– 50 cm3 of water
– 250 grams. ground walnuts
– 400 cm3 of warm water
– Flour for dusting
– 500 grams. white flour
– 250 grams. wholemeal
Dissolve the first three ingredients and wait until foam starts forming.
Combine foam with the remaining ingredients and shape it by using your hands.
Finally sprinkle some flour and do small cuts. Once this is done place it in the oven at 200 ºC
and your bread will be ready to enjoy in 45 minutes.
