– 3 tablespoons oil
– 1.5 kilos of bream
– 1 small onion
– 1 lemon
– 1 bunch parsley
Place a good clean bream in a pot with some lemon slices.
Cut onion into slices and combine with the fish.
Drizzle with oil and place in the oven.
Cover bream with some aluminium foil the first few minutes.
Then remove foil until browned.
