Ingredients:
– 1 small pumpkin (or squash or sweet potato)
– 300 g of peanut flour
– 700 ml water
– Salt to taste
Preparation:
Cut the pumpkin into large cubes and add to the salt water.
Bring to boil and cook until tender. Add peanut flour and boil for 10 minutes.
Serve with rice or Nsima.
