KAPENTA

Ingredients:

– 1 onion, chopped
– 3 tablespoons oil
– 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
– 450 g dried fish

Preparation:
Fry the onion in oil until browned, add the tomatoes and cook for another few minutes.
Add the dried fish (boneless) and then cook for 7 minutes at high heat.
Serve with rice.
