COD RICE AND VEGETABLES

Ingredients:

– Sesame oil
– 2 cloves garlic
– Fresh Ginger
– 3 eggs
– 4 cups brown rice
– 1 cup frozen corn
– 1 cup frozen peas
– Media tablespoon rice vinegar
– 3 tablespoons soy sauce
– Fresh basil and spinach

Preparation:

Chop the garlic, grate the ginger and fry in a large pan with a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the eggs directly into the pan and stir for a few minutes.
Add the rice and saute for a few minutes with another tablespoon of oil and mix into
the pan slowly. Add the frozen corn, peas, rice vinegar and soy sauce and saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve with basil and spinach and enjoy.
